Research On The Current Situation And Optimizing Strategy Of Sports Equipment Purchase In Guangxi Universities

The key carrier of sports activities is sports equipment,which is also a necessary and sufficient condition for some sports activities.The quality and performance of equipment have a key impact on how sports activities are carried out and how they are carried out in colleges and universities.As far as guangxi province is concerned,in 2017,there were more than 200 cases of legal disputes over university sports accidental injury accidents,among which many cases were directly or indirectly caused by the safety of sports equipment.As a key index affecting the safety of sports equipment,sports equipment procurement must be paid attention to.This paper takes the procurement of guangxi university for nationalities,guangxi normal university and qinzhou university as the research object,and adopts various methods such as literature,investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate and analyze the current situation of sports equipment procurement of these colleges and universities.450 questionnaires were issued by the communist party of China in three colleges and universities in guangxi,and 427 questionnaires were effectively recovered.Interviews were conducted with 12 teachers in charge of the communist party of China in the three colleges and universities to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation of sports equipment procurement in colleges and universities in guangxi.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)the region of guangxi colleges and universities sports equipment procurement situation is not ideal,is in the institutions of higher learning to sports equipment purchasing process of analysis,purchasing process involves the study of three universities exist process is not reasonable,procurement plan,procurement allocation is not clear in liability problem,the procurement process is not standard lead to purchase sports equipment quality and price is difficult to guarantee,gray trade appeared in the process of purchasing,and other issues.(2)there are also some problems in the content of sports equipment procurement of colleges and universities in guangxi.Sports equipment procurement should be in line with users' needs.However,according to the current survey results,students' demands for equipment content are ignored in the procurement of sports equipment.At the same time,colleges and universities have insufficient financial support for sports equipment procurement,and the current situation of sports equipment procurement and use is different.(3)there are also deficiencies in sports equipment procurement management of colleges and universities in guangxi.The lack of experience in sports equipment procurement management and the lack of corresponding attention lead to serious deficiencies in process management of sports equipment procurement.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes corresponding strategies in three aspects: procurement process,procurement content and procurement management.As for the procurement process,detailed procedures,rationalization schemes and clarifying responsibilities and rights can solve the existing problems in the procurement process of colleges and universities in guangxi.In terms of the procurement content,it is necessary to combine the procurement content with the procurement content to meet the needs of students for sports equipment.At the same time,if the school increases the financial support for sports equipment,the existing procurement content can be solved.In terms of procurement management,institutionalized procurement process,the school,teachers and students all attach importance to the procurement of sports equipment,strengthen the quality management of procurement personnel,can effectively solve the deficiencies in procurement management.
