Based on this background, taking H University as an example to study the efficient evaluation model of large equipment purchase, to purchase evaluation for large equipment of colleges and universities to provide some suggestions to improve the large equipment, the rate of return on investment, better service for the scientific research work in Colleges and universities. Research on model based on Evaluation of large equipment purchase is mainly divided into two stages, to solve two problems:one is the purchase of equipment can reach the standard of judging the purchase, the two is how to supplier selection.This paper first introduces the realistic background papers and Research University of relying on the domestic and foreign large-scale equipment comprehensive evaluation model and the large equipment procurement project demonstration are reviewed.
