The research of learning styles begins from 50s of last century .In the west ,learning styles have been studied a bit hot along with the present of teaching separately.In our country the characteristic education has already been widespread concerned in education and psychology circles,but less been studied from the angle of learning styles.It elaborates the related theories of mathematics learning styles systematically in the text and in the meantime it has a discussion on teaching strategy reform in mathematics class. The full text has four contents.In chapter one,it mainly introduces the background learning styles and mathamatics learning styles were put forward.The creation of learning styles is influenced by several important factors: first,the influence of the personal originally doctrine in the west;the second,the blemish of education theories also urges the reseaech on learning styles;the third,in the past 3 or 4 decades, the international trend of teaching separately promote the more thorough research on learning styles.Along with the study of learning styles becoming deeply in our country,it has alreadly concretely to academicses such as English,Language,Chemistry and mathematics etc.In mathe realm,under the direction of the three conceptions that appeared in the lately mathematics courses reformation. the research of learning style theories has more reality meaning and value.The conceptions changes from the knowledge basis to the students'devolepment basis;from unify demand to paying attention to difference;from a close type to an open type. All of these conceptions are the direct factors that lead to the rearch on mathematics learning styles.In addition,the realistic factors lead to the rearch are the need of mathematics education theories and a series of problems exposed in study process.Contents of chapter two is the overview of studies on the influence that mathetics learning styles difference has on the mathematics education.First,combine with the characteristics of mathematics learning process,it introduces the meaning of mathematics learning styles.Then introduces the president condition of rearch on mathematics learning styles,include the research on cognization styles and the classification of learning styles etc.In the end,it introduces the meaning of the research .It mainly appears at the following four aspects:promotion on the implement of the teaching strategy which according to one's ability;promotion on carrying on the education for all-round development;matching on the national trend of teaching separately ;improvement mathematics classroom teaching result.In chapter three,it commence with an investigatation on mathematics learning styles of high students for the sake to understand the problem deeper.It carries on an analysis on the problem on the foundation of the substantial evidence.The research method is sending out questionairs to students of 6 classes of senior and high school and got their different styles categorization.Then according to the students'recently marks they got it gets the influence the different learning styles have on the result of mathematics study.The conclusion got in the investigation by the procession of data by SPSS10.0:First,the learning styles appear obvious variety along with the grade;the knowledge difficulty and the development of personal mind and body .The second,learning styles are greatly concentrate on the concentration type and the assimilation type,while less on the adjustion type and the dissipation type.The excellent students are also greatly concentrated on the concentration type and the assimilation type.The worst students are greatly concentrate on the adjustion type and the dissipation type.The sigma is comparative a bit greater.In chapter 4,it mainly put forward the teaching strategy corresponded with the conclusion that mathematics learning styles have great influence on students'marks.The education researchers have had a lot of study on the correspondence between teaching styles and learning styles.It appears a close concern between them.The teaching styles greatly influence on the ability of students,the marks they got,learning styles and the non-intelligence factors such as interest and attitude etc,then influence on teaching results and students'knowledge acquiring. On the foundation of these research concolusions and the results got in last chapter it puts forward the idea and behavior of classroom teaching which concerd the difference of students learning styles.And it initiates we should pay attention to students'learning styles and actually put it into every teaching process such as teaching designation,teaching implement and teaching evaluation.In the end,the text gives a typical teaching case to refer to.
