The process of mathematics concept study is a generalization and abstraction for the kind of mathematics objects' essential attribute. Mathematics teaching should be aimed at grasping concept and principle. Concept and principle must be used as the media to advance the development of students'thinking. Concept study is the core of the mathematics study. This paper is guided by CAMI, based on the process of mathematics study, and constructed by the middle school mathematics concept. The mathematics concept representation, the mathematics concept comprehension, and the mathematics concept application under CAMI are the three main contents, which are explored deeply.Through the investigation we find the application and development of CAMI in mathematics concept teaching in our country is not very ideal. In the education practice, the implementing rate of demonstration and questioning with information technology, which is definitely put forward in curriculum standard experimental textbook of ordinary senior high school, is not high. The reasons resulted in the present situation are various such as economy, technology and concept etc.what should we deal with CAMI combined with the example mathematics concept studying? In this writer's view, The process of mathematics concept study are abstract and logical, esp. Computer-assisted concept teaching should meet the practical demand and have the definite researching destination to choose proper wares and teaching ways. The writer proposes the following tactics:Computer assisted the process of mathematics concept study should be adhered the following rules:practical operation; balance principle; students as the main body in teaching; practice principle. It can arouse the euthusiasm of students, promote the development of students'thinking and improve the teaching. It can also make greater benefit with in limited time and optimize teaching. CAMI can serve the mathematics teaching better and stimulate students'study interest. As a main body the students can study better with it. Difficulty and key point can be stressed and teaching efficiency can be raised with it. In a word, computer-assisted instruction gives the fullest expression to the advantages of computer. The contrastive experiment shows that the validity of CAMI on the function image teaching is very obvious.CAMI as an auxiliary mean, can't replace the teacher in the teaching, however, it is indubitable that reasonable application of CAMI can improve students'interests and efficiency; creates multi-teaching. The CAMI application shouldn't formalize, but should put the stress on breaking through the difficult points in the traditional education, give play to the unique function and advantage of computer and simultaneously give the students more chances to independently perform and probe, advance the automatic formation of knowledge, advance the improvement of students'mathematics ability and the development of their emotion, attitude and values and finally implement the new curriculum reform aim.
