College Quality Education Analysis

The aim of university education for all-around development is to make the overall developed person. The issue of person is the primary and basic issue in the university education for all-around development and the core is the theory about person. So we should think over the education in the form of person study. The Marxist person study is regarded as scientific and value humanized theory and it has indispensable instructional significance to the university education for all-around development. The author attempts to review the scientific connotation, the existing problems and the significance of the university education for all-around development, and the ways to strengthen it。All is in the view of Marxist person study.The First chapter makes an analysis of the goal, the significance, the present situation, and the research techniques of the selected topic and the innovation points etc. The author holds that although since 20th century our country has made reformation attempting to solve the problems in the domain of university education for all-around development; its malpractice hasn't been actually eradicated. Among the various reasons, the deviation of study angle should hold the small space. It should be taken Marxist person study as the angle of view. In other words the study of university education for all-around development should be conducted in the level of renewing the educators'value idea and thinking mode. In the view of Marxist person study, the overall advancement of university education for all-around development and the scientific understanding of man, this article analyzes its existing problems and its nature historically, objectively, and dialectically. Thus we can create the development space for the university students, make the university education for all-around development truly take the person as the starting point, the adult as the goal, and boost forward by the meaning of person. Marxist person study as the scientific and value humanized theory facilitates us to discover the essential things behind the phenomenon of university education for all-around development by broadening field of vision. The main innovation point lies in that this article overcomes the limitation to the present study view of the university education for all-around development, (mainly conduct the study from the perspective of pedagogy, psychology, economics, comparison between China and foreign countries etc.) and makes a more systematic inspection from the perspective of Marxist person study with the aim to deepen the idea of university education for all-around development and guide the practice of quality education in the university educational reform .The Second chapter discusses the scientific connotation of university education for all-around development with Marxist person study as its angle of view. The author holds that the university education for all-around development is no doubt the educational pattern performed by universities at present, it is furthermore a kind of guiding ideology for universities and a kind of humanized educational idea and educational ideal. Essentially, university education for all-around development is not only related to knowledge and information, but it is a humanistic process, a value selected process, and also an unceasingly richening and improving process. In this process all the psychological factors of the students are fully activated and all participate in the overall vital activities. In other words, the university education for all-around development should take person as its starting point and the center, focus on person's possibility, start with freedom, pay more attention to person's mind and value while pay attention to person's specialized quality, penetrate into the person and make the person obtain himself, transfer person's main body understanding and the subjective initiative of practice by person's way, and then transform and upgrade the self-education and oneself construction, so as to truly promote the production and the overall coming out of person and build the solid foundation for realizing"the overall possession of own essence". The university education for all-around development teaches students to surpass themselves unceasingly, and become free person from natural man and comprehensive person from one-sided person. Since the students cultivated by University education for all-around development are the men whose main body consciousness is awakened and main body personality is all sided, in reality these university students after entering the society will become men harmoniously developed and fully creative. The production of this kind of talented person will inevitably change the basic human quality and mental outlook in our country in the future. The melt of this kind of talented person will necessarily cause the economic and social development and make our dream of the development of our nationality and the construction of harmonious society come true .The Third chapter discusses the existing problems and the causes in university education for all-around development with Marxist person study as its angle of view .The author holds that the existing problems can be summarized as"no body", which takes the form of materialized education with hipping, standardization and integration. The materialized education is the distorted form of the modern university education for all-around development, and also makes the "nobody" problem clearly discernible. The causes of "nobody" problems consist of the following three parts: realistic environment, historical root and theoretical basis. In China nowadays the profound and ordered social reform, the political and economic internationalization, and the globalization and multiplication of information have brought the university education for all-around development with many new challenges and made great desire for utility triggered by the general blaze of social tool ration and the pursue of modern civilization earnestly. University is a molecule of society and it is very difficult to completely remove the adverse effects of the realistic utility thought. The above is the realistic reason. The traditional culture and the lack of the"person"idea in the modern transformation of traditional culture are the historical root. The education theoretical bases such as psychology, philosophy and so on of university education for all-around development have made various scientific endeavor and exploration which lead to the other extreme of the problem. Namely, the attempt to construct its own disciplinary system according to scientific model is the reason from the aspect of theoretical basis.The Fourth chapter discusses the route of university education for all-around development with the Marxist person study as the instruction to strengthen and advance the education. The author holds that the basis to strengthen and advance university education for all-around development includes the following aspects: take Marxist person study as the instruction, innovate its goal, educational content and educational organization way and eradicate the "nobody" problem. The key to strengthening and advancing university education for all-around development is to establish the humanism university teaching management and running system. The booster includes the following aspects: optimize environment, coordinate the power of all sides so as to enable the university student grasp the specialized knowledge, skill, method, and furthermore guide the students unceasingly to construct and develop the autonomy and human nature, promote the actual realization and elevation of such topic as the production of man, and make "the person is the goal" obtain substantive maintenance and guard. The three above factors are closely cooperated, mutually promoted, and will absolutely lay a firm foundation for comprehensively strengthening and advancing university education for all-around development.
