A Study On Specialization Of The Person Of Ideological And Political Work In University

The person of Ideological and Political Work is a special colony specially engaged in student's ideological and political work of the university. Its particularity is that they are managers at first, different from the professional teacher's education way relying mainly on class, they more take the permeatable way through managing student's daily behavior and affairs; Secondly they are professional teacher of the ideology and politics, different from the general managerial cadre, they take ideological and political education as the mam content of their work, improvement of student's ideological standards and political awareness as the main purpose, educate in management, and follow the law of sciences of Ideology and Politics education in working principle, method, form,etc.,.Their work is very professional. As the development of sciences of Ideology and Politics education and quality-oriented education in university, the request of specialization of the person of Ideological and Political Work is put forward unavoidably. However, there is long distance between the current situation, and the request of specialization.and so, how to think about the problem of the specialization of the ideological and political work ? and how to realize it? All of theose are things that the person of Ideological and political work practises constantly.The article tries to discuss the specilization of the person of Ideological and Political Work.,in which the author puts forward some one's own views.
