Education is important to promote human progress, and it is a fundamental for national development and social progress. With a sufficient quantity, structural optimization, good quality, innovative spirit of the high level of university teachers is a fundamental to the survival and development of universities, and is one of the most important decisions one for the quality of higher education. Management in Higher Education, the teaching Secretary, led by the leaders of department in administration, guided by the teaching positions in business management, plays a decisive role in operation and management of the entire teaching. However, for a long time, the University Secretary's position and role in teaching has not been given sufficient attention. Instead, People have all kinds of prejudice against teaching secretarial work. This dampens the enthusiasm of some teaching secretaries, and led to the instability of the team. Therefore, understood the organizational commitment of University Secretary, described the basic situation of the self-esteem of teaching secretary, are helpful to rich the research on organizational commitment and self-esteem, to take appropriate measures to deal with schools, bound to have some theoretical and practical significance.In this study, based on the self-esteem, organizational commitment of University Secretary as a focal point, through literature, the questionnaires Investigation, Personal interviews and other methods of data collection and use of statistical techniques related to data processing, Preliminary study the situation and relation of the University Secretary self-esteem, organizational commitment , Based on the findings, we bring forward the proposal of "professional depositors -- To strengthen the life existence of teaching Secretary "to the management and building of University Secretary team, respect to provide a theoretical basis for managers to formulate countermeasures.The results of this study show that:(1) The Secretary of Higher Education are not strong to organizational commitment and self-esteem.(2) The overall self-esteem score of University Secretary and three dimensions of ones are of significant differences in length of service.(3) The Secretary of Higher Education in organizational commitment, emotional commitment and normative commitment, the main effects of qualifications are obvious; In terms of organizational commitment and emotional commitment, the main effect of seniority is significant; Secretary of the nature of the teaching in schools, there was significant difference between organizational commitments. (4) Various aspects of self-esteem were significantly correlated with organizational commitment. Three aspects of University Secretary's self-esteem toward emotional commitment, sustained commitment and normative commitment in regulating the level of 0.01 are relevant. Further analysis showed that self-esteem can be used as the forecast variables to organizational commitment. Positive self-esteem, self-dislike, self - competence gap have a significant positive impact on organizational commitment.
