Along with the competitive market economy and the reform of the mechanism of teacher flow, the flow of teachers are more frequent than ever before, irrational flow cause extreme waste of educational resources, which bring negative effects to sustainable development of schools. How to build a high-quality, reliable teachers in the new situation, through optimizing the allocation of human resource, has become a new subject of management.The college teachers’ Organizational Commitment level will affect the sustainable development of teaching and scientific research, and Organizational Justice is the key factor to teachers’ Organizational Commitment. But when it comes to high universities, achievements on the influence mechanism of organizational justice and organizational commitment is relatively scarce.Thus, this study choose312teachers in Colleges of Jiangsu Province as samples to study the effects of Organizational Justice on Organizational Commitment, the questionnaire based on the existing scales with appropriate amendments, methods used in the research including literature review, questionnaire and statistics method. The main conclusions are:(1) different individual characteristics have effects on teachers’ Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment;(2) the college teachers’ Organizational Justice has significant positive predictive effect on Organizational Commitment.In addition, on the base of the statistic analysis of questionnaire, summarizes the existing problems of university teachers’Organizational Commitment, and the reasons were analyzed objectively. Then provide with the specific measures to improve college teachers’ Organizational Commitment from the perspective of organizational justice. Finally, we point out the research limitations and the direction for future research. |
