The new reform in the chemistry field is going on with the issue and being carried out of theStandard for Chemistry. Teachers are facing large quantity education idea and new method, whichleading education problem increasing. It is necessary for the teachers to examine their teachingpractice and the new curriculum to adapt to the development. "Learning to reflect and learning tocooperate "is the basic demand for every chemistry teacher. It is very valuable for the theory andpractice to examine the reflective teaching practice of teachers. We can provide some valuablesuggestion to increase the teachers' reflective ability, helping the teachers learn to reflect.Through reading documents and combining the new curricular principle, in our opinions, thereflective teaching should walk into reasonableness reflection, instead of the experience reflection.The teachers should make clear not only the true value of the teaching, but also the innatecharacter idea of the course.After we have investigated and analyzed the reflective teaching of the chemistry teachers, wediscover that the new teaching ideas and the old ones run parallelly; the reflection contents stay atthe low level: teaching technical ability and experience; the teachers are lacking in cooperation.To realize the real reflective teaching, the urgent matter of the moment is to guide the teacher tobreak through experience reflection and head for reasonableness reflection.Based on these facts, this article focuses on the problems of the teachers themselves. Weproceed with the reflection of chemistry teaching and chemistry science development in order tolead the chemistry teacher to walk into reasonableness reflection. So, they can make clear themethod of the chemistry course and the basic idea of the chemistry teaching, and make chemistryeducation walk into alignment science spirit with the combination of the humanities spirit.To train the reflection teacher need the function of exterior with the common function in term ofthe internal. Owing to this, we look on the exterior factor, which can guarantee reflective teachingsmoothly to be realized, as the further investigative direction.
