Novice chemistry teachers cannot do without reflecting on their own teaching practice,therefore,to improve the ability of Novice Chemistry Teachers’ teaching reflection,in favor of their own teaching and students’ growth, but also conducive to the development of high school chemistry education.The thesis has five parts.The first section is about introduction,this part combined with the background of the new curriculum reform, on the basis of consulting relevant literature, works, research and evaluation of the ability of teaching reflection by finishing at home and abroad about the chemistry teacher, purpose and significance of this research.The second section,analysis of problems related to the ability of teaching reflection: this part is mainly to the new chemistry teachers’ teaching reflection theory, to define the relevant concepts, to determine the dimension of teaching reflection, to provide the theoretical basis for the study.The third section,the present situation investigation and analysis:Through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of teaching reflection ability of novice chemistry teachers, and assisted with cases analysis. The study found that, in the teaching the ability to reflect the novice chemistry teachers have both advantages and disadvantages. Advantages:full job enthusiasm, attention teaching reflection ability; having age advantage, active thinking. Disadvantages:it is difficult to implement in teaching reflection is low; the theory of knowledge and literacy;approaches of teaching reflection and teaching reflection is not balanced; the content is not comprehensive; the reflection is too concentrated; the lack of good reflection environment.The fourth section,put forward the countermeasure:aiming at the shortage of teaching reflection ability, to start from the subjective and objective two aspects, put forward the feasible countermeasure. The subjective aspect:the novice chemistry teacher should improve the quality of teaching reflection; the knowledge into practice; to deepen the content of reflection, to improve the ability to use the strategy of reflection; reflective habit. Objective:to create a reflection of school atmosphere; education management departments to provide material support; normal colleges should strengthen the training of theoretical knowledge. In order to teaching the ability to reflect the novice chemistry teachers improve the development of the opinions and suggestions.The fifth part is conclusion and Outlook:this part summarizes the main content of the full text, and points out the places that need to be improved.
