| People have different explanations on the concept of children's education, one of them is that children's education refers to 3-6 years old children's education,another is 0-6 years old children's education, and takes children's education as preschool education. What this paper will discuss is 3-6 years old children's education.The children's education is an objective, planning and organizational education on the children before entering primary school by the children's organizations based on definite objectives of training, physical and psychological features of development of preschool children.With the constantly deep research of brain science, the children's psychology and pedagogy, and also with the high speedy development of knowledge economy, people get to know the key stage of training men for profession lies in the initial stage—-the period of the children education, at the beginning of the individual's socializing rather than the last stage, the period of higher education. It is because that the study of psychology has indicated that the children's physical and psychological development has sensitive or the best development's phase.Once missed, the children's developments will suffer an immeasurable loss not only to, the children's individuals, families, the nation, but also to the whole country.Therefore, the children's education is being paid more and more attention to by every country of the world. The children's education is taking the tendency of overall development of the change of the center of gravity of the children's education, the varieties of forms and functions of the children's education, the scientific and systematic methods and means of the children's education, developing the children's education in the form of plural-culture and communities' education.The children's education in Yanbian area has made a great achievements since the liberation of China, especially the reforms and opening to the world. At the same time, the cities' children's education in Yanbian area is also facing different kinds of problems that can't be neglected. The author obtained the first hand materials through interviewing, distributing forms or collecting statistic materials, and then chose the protruding problems among the children's education.They included unsmooth systems of the preschool children's education, not proper watching and management; quite short of investment on the children's education, slow development; the insufficient number of marchers of the children's teachers, poor educational experience and unsteady; the children's education drifting off training standards; the minority's children's education facing special difficulties, and its development is limited etc.The reasons leading to the problems above have several aspects, for example, unclear location of the children's education has an effect on the systems of management and financial putting in; the disequilibrium proportion between the children and the teachers, heavy burden of the teachers, too low welfare treatment; weakening functions of management; the backward opinions of the children's parents; and the effects on the minority's children's education from the negative increasing of Korean nationality's population.The paper consulted the researching achievements of the children's education, contrasted development tendency of the children's education both home and abroad, and suggested several countermeasures and suggestions aimed at reforms and development of the children's education in Yanbian area based on the analyzing the problems of the children's education in Yanbian area are facing. They included changing educational opinions,attaching importance to the children's education,perfecting management systems of the children's education, strengthening the management of the children's education,improving the conditions of running gardens by several means, strengthening the construction of marchers of the children' s teachers; intensifying watching, cooperation and experiments of teaching improvements, and setting up the children's education with the national features.The development of the children's education in Yanbian Area is related to many factors, but the key depends on the economic development. The example of the elementary school in Ningan City in Heilongjiang Province tells us as long as our leaders pay enough attention, some existing problems in the children's education can be solved and implemented. |
