Research On Leisure Sports Talents Training Mode

Firstly, the article points out that leisure times is coming, sports leisureindustry will develop quickly in constructing well-off society. However, it hasbeen restrained by the deficiency in professional personnel of sports leisure, so agreat many talented people on sports leisure need to be educated.Secondly, the paper constructs a theory framework with summarizing andanalyzing three theories about leisure sports and recreation, science of personneland talents cultivation mode, which provides a basis for the followingdissertation. The talents cultivation mode includes training goals and trainingmeasures, the later with inclusion of training regulations, course system andteaching process, evaluation system. At the same time, course system is the heartof training content.Thirdly, the paper investigates and does some research on the experience oftraining professional personnel in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japanand Taiwan, looked at four aspects of training goals, course system, teachingprocess and evaluation subjects. It draws a conclusion about the trends of talentscultivation mode of world sports leisure in order to get the right direction in ourcountry on this issue.Then, it analyzes the sports leisure factors of Chinese nation's traditionalsports and characteristics of present Chinese higher education in sports, andtakes the department of sports and leisure in South China Normal University asan example. Moreover, the paper doesa case study on social sports and deeplyinvestigates talents cultivation conditions of sports leisure to find out the actualenvironment of talents cultivation mode of sports leisure in China. Only it takesroot in Chinese higher education and gets the soul from Chinese culture, can itthrives.Finally, according to the trends of world sports leisure education and ourcountry's basic conditions on higher education in sports, relying on social sportsspecialty, I establish a goal system of training type and training specification onsports leisure and set up a modern course system including Chinese nation'straditional sports, emphasizing credit system, appropriate teaching principlesand management evaluation system. All these have established a talentcultivation mode of sports leisure, which includes the spirit of "generaleducation".
