| With the rapid development of our social economy, people’s living standard has been greatly improved, the living conditions greatly improved, disposal and enjoy more leisure time and leisure capital, health, leisure and entertainment has become the main melody of people’s life. Since the21st century, leisure sports industry as a sunrise industry, health industry and green industry, and is continuously in stimulating domestic demand growth, improve the people’s physical fitness, play an increasingly role in building a harmonious society. However, existing in current leisure sports talents training talents quantity is not enough, subject system is not sound, incomplete curriculum structure, training mode does not adapt to such issues, has seriously restricted the cultivation of professional talents for leisure sports in China and the development of leisure sports industry. In view of this, this article based on current status of talent cultivation of leisure sports in China, focuses on speeding up the leisure sports professional talent training necessity, urgency, and further analysis of leisure sports in China demand of talents cultivation, and build a professional leisure sports complex talent training mode in China, in order to promote our country leisure sports complex talent training and scientific development of leisure sports industry.1Reference to European and American developed countries and regions in the leisure sports talents training experience, in reference to previous research results, on the basis of system analysis to build leisure sports professional talent training mode of necessity and realistic significance, actively explore effective cultivation mode of recreational sports talents in China.2Analysis our country current recreational sports professional talent training mode and characteristics of the higher sports colleges and selected10were investigated, the current study of the professional construction and leisure sports leisure sports in China culture, to build leisure sports professional compound talents training mode for the reality the soil.3Based on refer to literature and interviewing experts, from the training concept, training plan, training specifications, curriculum setting, this paper discusses the leisure sports professional talent training mode building condition.4Based on higher leisure sports education situation in China, strive to build with an emphasis on talent training goal and talent training way of the "three wing" integrated leisure sports professional compound talents training mode.
