Research On Current Situation And Mode Of Management Talents Cultivation Of Leisure Sports Industry In China

With the rapid development of the golf industry,an important part of the Chinese leisure sports industry,the competition between golf clubs become more and more fierce.The development of golf clubs has a large market demand for golf talented people.Now,high-quality professionals are the core components of the club’s competitiveness.Only having the excellent controller can create a first-class golf club.The golf industry involves many fields of science,civil engineering construction,landscape planning and design,lawn protection,semi-automatic mechanical operation,marketing promotion,golf club management,club promotion and related professional knowledge education and training.Particularity and professionalism of the golf industry,make it become different from other traditional industries.That is to say,the current traditional education model cannot develop the talented people who meet the needs of the golf industry.This article uses the literature synthesis method,questionnaire,expert interviews to research status of golf talented people in China market demand and professional people training.The results show,the existing golf management professional education model in China,only provide some basic management knowledge.It is difficult to meet the management talents needed by the golf industry.We can know from following four aspects:First of all,the number of golf club will be difficult to meet the actual needs of talented people of management.Secondly,the quality of professional management talented people has a big gap,and restricted the development of China’s leisure sports industry.The management talents cultivated in higher vocational colleges are the main force for supply of golf clubs.However,the different modes of education training methods of China,Europe and the US make differences in the quality of management talent unable to meet the requirements.So professional golf management personnel vocational colleges is difficult to obtain employment in golf management positions.Third,management personnel golf club is our demand at all levels trained management personnel vocational colleges too general,no level,and professional courses are not elaborate enough and professional courses are not elaborate enough.At the same time,the official management organization of golf did not participate in the construction of golf talents that caused great difficulties and obstacles in the training of management personnel.The last but not least,through surveys there are three main aspects,the management of venue facilities,current club and ball club are the main directions for the talents needed by golf employers.The role of the overall quality of management talents at the club during the most important operations.Therefore,training management personnel take the professional route and its future development has a close relationship.It can also help golf will achieve greater efficiency and achievements.
