What is happiness? This is a question that everyone concerns, but there is no settled answer in common about it. Everyone has his own character and his living situation, and their chosen happiness are varified from each other. Spinoza's idea of happiness is important on history, as he united the happiness of ego, others and the world, and the happiness intergrates faith of truth and desire of goods. Though there is not a kind of idea about happiness that is practicable to all different people in different situations, the kind of idea that is more valuable can be useful to more people and more situations. Spinoza's idea belongs to this kind. That's the origin of the research. The method of the research is as follows: I focus on five important problems about happiness in real life, contrasting Spinoza's idea with different viewpoints of happiness, and finally give my opinion about how to deal with the problem.
