| With the implementation of the new curriculum standards for elementary education, its curriculum structure, function, content, evaluation and management have produced so many new changes and breakthroughs. The important reform has become a daunting challenge for the teachers' education; it has also provided a rare opportunity for the professional development of teachers. In the process of meeting the challenges, school-based training has played an important role in improving teachers' capabilities of researching on practice problems. Meanwhile, we should also note that, because of the restrict of technical conditions, the form of the conventional school-based training is relatively localized, not helpful for the introduction of advanced education idea and teaching experience. With limited training resources, it is not beneficial for teachers to widen research vision. And the existing level of scientific research of the school has great influence on the effect of the training.Relying on open, dynamic and interactive network platform, the new mode of training by using online resources for education creatively can remedy the insufficiency of conventional school-based training to a certain extent. From implementation of distance training for teachers in our country, the study on the theories of teacher's professional development has become relatively perfect. However, there are still some problems of informationlized education for teachers. For example, the problems how to syncretize these two different kinds of training have not been resolved properly.So, with literature investigation, questionnaires, interviews etc., the first part of this thesis analyses the characteristics of teacher's professional development in elementary education and the supports provided by social software for teachers' continue education. Then, with a view to the survey data of cases of several large-scale distance trainings for teachers, the second part of this thesis analyses the factors affecting the implementation of school-based training on Internet from three aspects: trainer, training resources and activities. And some issues in practice are analyzed in detail. Based on the former research, the third part of this thesis puts forward the implementary strategies of the school-based training on Internet. This research can improve the similar training models and optimize the effects of them. |
