MBA as being the first available degree only, it is the process of the economic development with the separating of the entrepreneurship own rights and managerial rights in which they need managerial people. So does MBA come out .It has great importance across the time. MBA has been from America, developed to Europe and the other countries, it has given great effects to the world economic development. The most perfect and best MBA education was done in America. At tithe same time it grows very fast in Europe, then appears obviously American model and Europe model.We've got a lots achievements Since we started already MBA education for 15 years , but it is still has many problems, e.g. unbalance development of quality . Nowadays our companies are facing heavy challenges in many aspects while greeting bright development opportunities after we've entered into WTO. The professional managers which is the main goal of MBA education, no doubt have responsibilities for Chinese economics increasing .It is hard and long , However MBA development has fallen down recently . There are quite arguments about MBA in Society. We must research MBA strategies at this key point.We've analyzed the situations and the problems of 96 universities acquired the state department degrees, putted forward the develop strategies for the future. The purpose each type of competitors by using the Five Bote process and present situation of MBA, is to see. MBA program of outside in domestic universities. Researching the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threat of our national universities own threat of our national universities own through SWOT analysis , finding the problems exist . Then point out the development strategies in the future.One aspect , we should improve MBA's core challenges of domestic universities . Firstly optimizing available resources in strategy. Every school should make sure the marketing position and the brand developing to shape its own features in moderation , form into adjusting advantages together , balance and peace keeping developing frame . Secondly, market and industrialization. We supposed bridely that separate MBA from university as being an independence program, taking to be a stock company, great challenges from abroad today. Thirdly focus on the quality, well control entering entrance and graduate entrance.Improving MBA assessment methods, taking quality management to MBA by ISO 90000 approach. The other aspect, every university should take advance experiences from abroad. Even set up international school, educate the professional manages based on the reforming system, improving teachers' resources, designing the lessons, work with company etc. Taking their own advantages , seizing the opportunities , overcoming the disadvantages , strengthen confidences to MBA program of our country . Taking education market on the basis of the service market and brand market. Our domestic MBA program will have a bright prosperous future while MBA graduates make great efforts sincerely to our national corporations and economic development.
