Study On The Statistical System In China From The View Of The Quality Of Statistical Data

With the development of human people, the importance of statistics has been known by people more and more. The domain of human activity can't be departed from statistics. The statistical data is the life of statistics, with social development, people pay more attention to the quality of statistical data. After Chinese government joined GDDS, the statistical departments have been hand some achievement on management of the quality of statistical data; but face to the reforming and opening-up and the changing of exterior circumstance, there is a gap between the quality of Chinese statistical data and the request of international standard. In order to meet the demand of people for statistical data and in order to improve the quality of Chinese statistical data, the thorough research on the quality of Chinese statistical data has become necessity.Here is a brief summary for each of the five chapters in this paper:The first chapter is an overview of the quality of statistical data. Firstly, it introduces the background of statistical data. Secondly, it depicts the meaning of researching statistical data. Then it introduces the researching fruits of international and our country's statistical data.The definition of the statistical data is the main topic of Chapter two. Firstly it introduces the definition of traditional statistical data, with the maturity of the international circumstance then it introduces the new definition, and the definition of Chinese statistical data also need change from narrow sense to broad sense.The third chapter focuses on the Chinese statistical data's problem. With the development of marketing economy, on the one hand, our statistical departments had made great efforts on the management and development of the quality of statistical data. On the other hand, facing with the penetrating of reforming and opening-up and the changing of the exterior environment, the quality of Chinese data has great differences comparing with the international standard, so in this paper I list some primary problems on the Chinese data. It uses a lot of data to introduce the problems is this paper's characteristic.The fourth chapter primarily studied the statistical system reason on Chinese statistical data it is the core of this paper. This part introduces the systems of statistics, firstly, it introduces the types of statistical system, secondly, it depicts every statistical system's feature and the same characters of developed country's, then, it introduces the type of our country's statistical system, through the comparison, we find the infection of our statistical framework to the statistical data.The fifth chapter introduces some advices on statistical data in order to improve the quality of Chinese statistical data. Base on the short of the statistical system, it puts forward several advices to the reform of statistical system in order to improve our country's statistical data.
