Research On Improving The Quality Management Of L County Government Ststistical Data

Statistical data is the basis of government policy,And its role cannot be neglected,because it’s also the basis for the government to establish relevant policies.Therefore,the data must be reliable and accurate.However,the complexity of society and the imperfect statistical methods and other various reasons have caused some problems in statistical data,which have affected statistical function,reduced the credibility and damaged the image of the government.Therefore,improving the quality of statistical data is a problem that the government should give a great importance and urgently to solve.With the development of the economy,new and higher standards have been requested to the quality management of statistical data.The facticity of current statistical data has received an extensive attention from various circles of society.The complexity of respondents have also made statistical work face challenges,so that ensuring authenticity,objectivity,and effectiveness of statistical data is the top priority of statistical work.Therefore,from the view of government statician,basing on data of L County government statistics,Combined with the research results of domestic and foreign experts on the quality management of statistical data in recent years and my work experience in the statistical department.This thesis will expound the concept and theoretical basis of the quality of the government statistical data.And,by literature research methods,case analysis methods,questionnaire,interview survey and so on,from the production links of statistical data and the current status of the management of the statistical data quality in L County.Information obtained through 300 questionnaires distributed to L county statistical department staff,town statistical staff,online direct reporting enterprises,accounts,the masses,etc.The status quo and problems of L county statistical data quality management are summarized and analyzed,and four main reasons are found,and come up with countermeasures to improve the quality management of grass-roots government statistical work,to be helpful to the statistical data quality of the L County government.From this research discussion and analysis,it can be seen that,in the context of digital government,the application of big data has been expanded to various social and economic fields,then the government statistics department cannot avoid the impact.Facing development of economic and social,the reform of statistical data quality management in digital government era is a new research field.Many studies are exploratory,and further in-depth research is still needed in the future to improve the statistical system,promote the smooth development of statistical work,and accurately reflect the development of the macro economy.
