Research On Quality Control Of Government Statistical Data In GM District

With the development of social economy in our country,the status of statistical work is more and more important in the implementation of social management,and governments at all levels are demanding more and more statistical work.As the pacesetter of the national economic and social reform,Shenzhen has formulated the statistics regulations on special economic zones for improving the work of government statistics,and statistics work has taken the lead in the whole country.GM is a piece of "Shenzhen SAR in the experimental field,and influenced by the local culture,rooted in local enterprises for many years,the formation of a robust,low-key and pragmatic style,afraid to reveal the rich psychological complex has become the obstacle factors affect the authenticity of statistical data.This paper discusses the problem of statistical data quality management from the meso level of local government.In the GM district government statistical data quality management as the starting point,especially with GM district government statistical investigation,economic complex,industrial structure of multiple features,statistical data shows GM quality management mainly has the following problems: the drawbacks of statistical management system;government performance appraisal has a negative impact on statistical work;basic statistical power weak grassroots conditions such as lack of social credit.To solve the above problems,with the goal of improving the quality of statistical data of GM district government,drawing on the advanced experience and achievements at home and abroad,put forward the following suggestions: to establish a new pattern of data quality management in accordance with GM situation;the optimization of the performance appraisal system of GM areas;improve departmental statistical data management;promote the construction of social credit system,and effectively improve the the credibility of government statistics.
