Cooperative learning requires teacher not only teach students knowledge but also develop students` abilities. This kind of learning is a huge challenge to traditional practicers. Hence, we need new views to understand cooperative learning further and uncover students'interrelationship features and teacher-students relationship features. This is key to make cooperative learning into practice.This thesis introduces the interpersonal theory, objective theory, attachment theory, individual psychology and group dynamics. Interpersonal theory proposed that human being is existence of interpersonal theory. And self-system , making of'good-self'and'bad-self', is the outcome of interpersonal personalizing.So interperson in cooperative learning will influence students` personality development. This theory helps students build good personality. Objective theory proposed the rules of interpersonal development to help practicers understand and conduct students better. Attachment theory introduces four kinds of interpersonal relationship: secure, resistant, avoidant and disorganized. Attachment theory has led to a new understanding of students and help teacher teach student according to his style. As for Individual psychology, Alfred came up with the term inferiority complex. He described this as feelings of lack of worth. The only way to overcome inferiority complex is cooperative, which help practicers build the aims of cooperative learning. Group dynamics is mean to provide study of cooperative, competition, by oneself, and shows advantages of cooperative learning.The significance of the study is that: firstly, enrich and perfect the theories about cooperative learning;secondly, uncover the essence of psychology in cooperative learning, so that the cooperative learning can be well deal with.; thirdly, provide suggestions for teachers to make cooperative learning into practice.This thesis has three sections: the first section concludes definition of cooperative learning and study conclusions; the second section introduces psychology theories; the third section provide strategies of how to build interaction.
