Individual differences of students emerge during the stage of learning because of their different living environment, materials, culture, mind development and prior accumulation of learning, which increasingly attracts the attention of modern education. Multi-culture pursuits’the value of difference’ and talents at different levels are needed for social advancement. We have to realize that students as the objective of education are social persons who are constantly developing and of rich emotions. We ought to not only recognize, but utilize their differences in the process of education, taking them as one of the most important educating resources, and ultimately realizing the goal of students’individual development.Cooperative learning has been one of the most important ways of the realization of’individual difference learning’. With the popularization of new teaching concept, this kind of teaching model is increasingly popular with Chinese teachings in junior middle schools. Once conducted effectively and reasonably, this kind of teaching model is beneficial for students to improve learning efficiency, developing cooperative consciousness and team spirits in the class interaction.This paper is set in the background of teaching reformations of our school through the advancement of’cooperative learning’, which takes our school’s practical situation into consideration and explores practically under the background of individual difference, the way to carry out’cooperative learning’ effectively in the Chinese teachings, so as to dig out its quintessence, and virtually improve students’ learning ability in cooperation.
