Physics is natural sciences,it uses the physical concept to understand the reality of the material world .The key tophysical study lies in the comprehending and mastering the concept, which has a direct relationship to the knowledge constructing. The long-term teaching practice indicated that : students physical obstacles express first in the learning disabilities of concept . However ,it is not obvious to find the stages in which the obstacles exist, in what stages of what is also not apparent ,it is covert.So through the related data that obtained in the qualitative and quantitative tests of students learning disabilities in concept, we can carry on analysis to make the obstacle present dominant characteristic.The reasons for barriers in high school physical concept learning is various .Among them,the main obstacle is the generalizing and processing capacity. In addition, there are daily concept, thinking habits, learning idea , the way , teaching materials, language; teaching concepts and methods and other factors. The concept of learning disability is temporary, through a certain way it can be eliminated. Based on psychology, pedagogy and physics characteristic and targeted solutions, thus enable students to gain scientific guidance.
