Self-learning is paid more attention by people for a long time. It is thought as an opposite method to Selfless-learning. It mainly expresses in the following aspects: such as the plan, regulation, evaluation and the feedback of the learners. Before the Self-learning, the learners can establish their learning goals, make their learning plan, choose their learning method and do some preparations for learning. During the learning activities, the learners can observe, examine, conclude, evaluate and remedy their study results personally. Self-learning is also a kind of attitude to life. It represents the self-consciousness to their own life, such as designing their own learning plan, making their own life arrangement and seeking for the perfect balance with the environment independently. Moreover, they can also reflect, regulate and amend their own behaviors to develop themselves and create their life. The junior school students have certain difficulties in developing Self-learning objectively. Just because of the effect of family background, study fundamental and the elements of teaching, the rural junior school students have some differences in developing Self-learning, but it really makes more sense in rural junior school. Self-learning is an effective way of improving educational quality and promoting teachers' professional development. However, teaching management itself may be not have a direct effect on Self-learning, but some factors such as education goals, school courses, school material resources, teachers' role and teaching level may affect students' Self-learning indirectly. In the teaching management, we should establish the core goals of developing students' Self-learning, and motivate it. And we should research the Self-learning, make study paper through making collective classes. So, at last, if these management strategies would be applied, they will promote the students' Self-learning in a way.
