Education development not balanced,school choice phenomenon leads to loss of high quality students of the ones in the countryside.Too much emphasis on school graduation rates,teacher's teaching strategy is not flexible.Family education idea,education methods and means lag behind,and the reason such as the students' non-intelligence factors,lead to the formation of poor student.In order to convert the poor student,improve the teaching educational quality of the middle schools in the countryside and cultivation of poor student autonomous learning ability.The author in view of the work unit to DaLing Middle School of BaiCheng City,Jilin Province,with 33 poor student as the research object,through the literature,study method,interview method,education investigation,case analysis and other research methods,theory with practice,draw lessons from domestic and foreign research situation of poor student and the school of learning,puts forward the incentive theory and the poor student under the guidance of Marx's theory of social transformation strategy,and by tracking experiment,interview,questionnaire analysis and tests,verify the feasibility of the study.This strategy is through the social,family,school,and poor student oneself this cycle and the solid four together and jointly promote the development of the poor student learning ability.It is a poor student as the main body,to the poor student 15 words strategy implementation,through to the poor student love,confidence,stimulating interest,palm strategy and promoting development,the affective education,to encourage education as the means,in order to stimulate the poor student interest in learning as a starting point,through the team cooperation,all kinds of stratified teaching strategy and the poor longitudinal than evaluation way,help the poor student grasp the learning strategy,learning attitude,form good learning habits and,in turn,improve poor student's learning ability.This thesis includes four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly elaborates the background of the problem,research purpose and meaning,definition of related concepts,research at home and abroad were reviewed.The second chapter mainly introduces the present situation investigation,the poor students at the rural junior middle school in BaiCheng City of Jilin Province Daling Middle School as an example,the investigation object,research tools and investigation,the implementation of the rural middle school poor student performance,analysis of the causes of the formation of the countryside junior middle school poor student.The third chapter the countryside junior middle school from the transformation of poor student strategy as the center of experimental research-in Baicheng City of Jilin Province Daling Middle School as an example,the experiment research,mainly including the basic principles of transformation of the countryside junior middle school poor student,specific strategy transformation of the countryside junior middle school poor student.The fourth chapter for the results and discussion,this paper expounds the strategy of promoting the development of the poor students.
