Make a comprehensive survey about the world sports powerful country in the nowadays, competitive sports mostly has brought the amateur into education system , has taken USA to be representative countries in some Western countries, has already got successful experience, has trained lots of good athletes have competitive sports achievements,high knowledge , they can not only accomplish the school competition mission ,but also can get medals in Olympic games or other international games during university time.Our country set up high-standard school sports teams as an experiment has got brilliant achievements during the past 20 years: has established one batch of universities that educate high level athletes; has given to new connotation to school campus cultural advancement; has trained a batch of excellent reserve sports talent, have got great achievements in competitive sports, especially university student competition both international and domestic; has formed the school characteristic and the brand, has make a contribution to improve school effect; has to provided a platform for all-around development education to colleges and universities. However we can see that high-standard school sports teams is difficult to challenge specialized Sports Team under "the whole nation system" in many years, on the other hand ,also has the big disparity with overseas under the pattern of "the ordinary university". In order to get excellent result in the world university student games, we can only use some fake university students, and we have to approve they are the genuine university students.Jiangsu province is one the earliest province to be allowed to set up high-standard school sports teams in our country, it have a vigorous development on mass sports, competitive activity, and promoted the Jiangsu university sports work, the university athletics sports level also have a great enhancement, they were not only get great achievements at nation university sports meeting and partial individual competition, but also get good result in the big games and university games in the world, and has won the honor for the motherland. However with the development of high-standard school sports teams in Jiangsu province, also exposes our disadvantage and insufficiency gradually.
