teams in Sichuan.The players have a larger base,the competition within the team is greater,and the rotation of each team is better.2?The average training time of each team is about 2-2.5 hours,5-6 times a week and 10-15 hours a week.Each team participates in 3 national-level college students' basketball games,9.3 provincial-level and municipal-level college students' basketball games,16.1 friendship and exchange basketball games each year.The average training time of each team can basically meet the improvement of the team's competitive level,but there are fewer large-scale competitions each year,which is not conducive to the training team.3?All teams have very serious contradictions in learning and training.It is often difficult for athletes to balance learning and training.They often do not pay attention to cultural studies,and even give up learning,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the team.4?There are a total of 9 coaches,all of whom are school physical education teachers.There is no full-time coach.The coaches are mostly concentrated in the interval of 36-55 years old,the number is 7 people,the average basketball coaching period of the coach is more than 11 years;all the coaches have certain basketball experience,but there is no professional league experience.This is a certain gap compared to the coaches of other strong teams in China.;coaches have corresponding basketball experience,and are very familiar with the rules of basketball,with the national first-level basketball referee title of 8 people,with the national basketball referee title of 1 person.5?Each team has different operating expenses each year.Three teams can earn more than 400 K yuan per year,while the other three teams have less than 200 K yuan.Through the analysis and research of the above situation,the following suggestions are proposed: Sichuan and Chongqing teams should optimize the enrollment mode of athletes,actively communicate
