With the accelerated process of construction of China’s university sports teams,the new concept of competitive voice into people’s vision, a new perspective to studythe construction of high-level sports teams. Competitive right to speak is in China’suniversity sports teams do team process, designed to achieve optimal athleticperformance, stated opinions of the parties, show of force, in order to obtain socialsupport and recognition of rights of expression and control of.Use of literature research, expert interviews, surveys, and logical analysis of theconstituent elements of the right to speak of China’s university sports teamscompetitive analysis show that, the basic form including competition results, teamquality coach level, the project features, referee strength and organizationaladvantages, various factors can be independent of a specific right to speak. Furtherstudy showed that restricting the right to speak of China’s high-level sports teamscompetitive factors involved in the leadership of great importance to the status ofschool, organized by officials, quality of students, funding, industry influence,resources, management system, do the team culture and scientific research. China’suniversity sports teams competitive right to speak more serious alienation, mainlyreflected in the discourse of the hosted officials have too large, the referee forcesDiscourse influence is too large, the funding is too large to discourse the role of thecompetition results of the discourse space partial the words of the players mainexpression of the six areas of small and discourse exchange discourse space is toosmall. Alienation for the above, this study proposes six strategies designed toenhance high-level sports teams competitive right to speak, that is to promote thediscourse of justice and norms of discourse environment; weakening of governmentawareness, listening to the team voices; promote the referee fair and equitable toprotect the event; rational use of funds, the input-output balance; competitivestrength to speak, to improve competition results; respect for the players the mainexpression of student voices. The above formulation of a strategy can provide auseful reference for the moment to further enlarge and strengthen China’s high-levelsports teams competitive right to speak.
