Remuneration System Of Yunnan Agricultural University

The reform of Income Distribution is the core for the reforms of internal management system at universities. Salary system reform is one of the key aspects. The studies on salary system reform has practical significance for straightening out the salary relations, solving the equalitarianism, and it also important for the initiative and creative of universities' teachers and staffs on the matter, it will increasing the competition abilities of the universities.Based on the theories of salary system, the author of the article analysis the factors, which influence the teachers' salary system, she also points out the existing problems on the current salary system, furthermore, by using the practical case studies on the current situations in Yunnan Agricultural University, she gives comparison for the teachers' salary system in different universities in China, and then puts forward some strategic suggestions for the reform of Yunnan Agricultural University salary system. This article consists of the following parts:1. Base on the theories of salary system, the author analysis both internal and exterior factors, which influence the teachers' salary system, then she puts forward the principles of the university teacher salary system.2. After the reviewing of the university teachers' salary system in China, the author analysis the existing problems and characters of the university teachers' salary system.3. Studies on the domestic university teachers salary system by comparative method and beneficial experiences;4. Case Studies: By analyzing the salary system of Yunnan Agricultural University, the author puts forward the strategies for Yunnan Agricultural University teachers' salary reform.
