The Successful Experience Of The United States, Germany, Japan And Development Of Community Education And Revelation

With the thinking of the construction of"a harmonious society"and"Learning Community"widely authorized in popularity, community education has begun to draw more and more people's attention. Compared to western countries, the development of our community education experienced shorter, the level of its development is not mature and still in the exploration stage of its development. Therefore, to learn from the United States, Germany and Japan in developing their own successful experience in community education, it will have a positive impact on the future reform and development of China's community education. The paper is basis on fully analyzing and studying the influencing factors and the course of developing community education in the United States, Germany, and Japan, and it also takes the promotion of the development of our community education as their focus. This paper proposes some suggestions of developing China's community education, such as clarifying the contents and target of our community education; increasing community investment in education; emphasizing on community education in the use of resources and development; creating new models of community education.
