In the physical education,increasing the students' interests in learning can help students continue to successfully learn skills,thereby improving the students' initiative in the physical education classes to exercise their physical skills;improving the students' self-confidence is conducive to cultivate students' good mental outlook,thereby developing their mental quality to live more actively and optimistically.The author has found in teaching practice that the junior students are relatively less confident and less desire for success in physical education,thus seriously affecting their enthusiasm in physical education classes,which is not good for the healthy development of their physique and the formation of their life-long sports awareness.Therefore,the research for the effect of successful physical education teaching mode on the physical skills and self-confidence level in the junior students' football classes can not only provide related theoretical basis for the effective teaching in the junior students' physical education classes,but also promote the healthy development of their physical and mental development more effectively.This research content is the effect of successful physical education teaching mode on the physical skills and self-confidence level in the junior students' football classes.It uses research methods such as the literature review method,the mathematical statistics,the experimental method,and the analytical method,and so on.With the 80 junior students from a middle school in Xin'an County,Luoyang City,Henan Province as its research objects,the author analyzes the promoting effects of successful physical education teaching mode and traditional physical education teaching mode on the students' confidence level and circle dribble move learning in football classes.Through the physical education experiment,the experimental class and the control class were taught with successful physical education teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode separately.Before and after the experiment,the “High school entrance physical education examination project score standard” and “Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale” were used to test the physical skills and confidence level of student in both classes,and the statistics and analysis are conducted based on the collected data.Through the research and analysis,the following conclusion and suggestions are mentioned in the paper.1.The “successful physical education teaching mode” takes students as its main body,showing that the core of teaching is the ability of students,and targeted teaching objects and teaching is conducted according to the individual differences of students.While the traditional physical education with the imagination and hypothesis as its core has no such differences.2.The testing result before the experiment shows no specifically significant differences of physical skills and confidence level between both groups.3.The testing data of experimental class groups was improved after the experiment,which was significant before and after the test.The successful physical education teaching mode is helpful to the improvement of physical skills and confidence level of junior students.4.The in-group testing data of experimental class groups was improved after the experiment,which was significant before and after the test.The successful physical education teaching mode is helpful to the improvement of physical skills and confidence level of junior students.5.The difference of the experimental group using the “successful physical education teaching mode" is higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of the experimental group is much more than that of the control group.Suggestions: 1.implementing the successful physical education model is about constantly creating opportunities for students to experience success,establishing good teacher-student relationships,and helping students to understand and recognize past failures.2.While teaching with the successful physical education model,teachers are required to take the student as the main subject,observing and helping students to be successful in their technical skills and action learning.
