Building Harmonious Social Context Of The Overall Development Of The Well-off Sports

The 16th National Party Congress established the goal of constructing well-off society goals in the first two decades of this century ,which concentrates our efforts on building a comprehensive and higher level well-off society benefiting the population of more than one billion . The well-off society should have a more developed economy, improved democracy, more advanced science and education, a more prosperous culture, a more harmonious society, and people's lives improved greatly, so well-off life will become the main theme of our society in early 21st century.With the simplementation of constructing the comprehensive well-off society, the society's material and spiritual wealth is greatly riched, people's needs of material and culture is enhanced too, the life style of health, fashion, civilization and leisure will become the subject to people' life. With the characteristics above and belongs to the category of socialist spiritual civilization, the well-off sports will be an important constituent of the well-off society's, therefore, the well-off sports is sure to meet a good opportunity to develop in the period of constructing the comprehensive well-off society .In addition, in 2005 16 sessions of four CCP plenary conferences "the Central Committee of the CCP about Strengthening Party Ruling Ability Construction Decision" proposed the goal of constructing the socialism harmonious society clearly, and officially listed it as one of five big abilities to enhance the Party' ability of being in power.The harmonious society is the society of humanist which economy developped fully; the harmonious society is the society which core value orientation is fair and the justice; the harmonious society is the society that creation ability is fully stimulated; the harmonious society is the society that the legal system is perfect and management ordered. The harmonious society is one form of society which is higher than well-off society, it is a society that full of humanist and manifests justice. Our material and spiritual culture is greatly riched, people's life quality improved furtherly and the conditions for well-off sports to develop becomes more perfect in the process of constructing the harmonious society of socialism, so the well-off sports is to have a good chance for its development.By Document Retrieval we find that Chinese scholars have made a lot of study on harmonious society but few on well-off sports and there is hardly no study on well-off sports linked to well-off society. Therefore on the background of constructing harmonious society, this paper uses the methods of literature, deduction, interviews to study the well-off sports' whole development on the background of constructing harmonious society, harmonious society and comes to the following conclusions preliminary:Firstly, as a kind of short-term and transitional sports which appears in our country society reforming process, the well-off sports is the sum total of well-off society's politics, economy and culture that covers social sports, family sports, athletics, sports science and technology, sports industry and other content, it has characteristics of well-off family sports life, well-off sports content diversity, physical exercise scientifically, well-off sports's management Socialization, the industry's expansion of the well-off sports and the system well-off sports legal.Secondly, the harmonious society which is people-oriented, reflects the social fairness and justice is a much higher form of society than well-off society, the building of harmonious society provides good social conditions for the well-off sports and the development of well-off sports speeds up the process of building harmonious society, both are benign interaction.Thirdly, the whole development theory of well-off sports including the guiding ideology ,the basic targets, the basic principles and evaluation system.Its building which enriches and develops the development theory of well-off sports is sure to provide theoretical support for the whole development of well-off sports.Fourthly, the well-off sports's overall development practice is a new process of practice of well-off sports which is on the basis of knowing the impact factors, the basic requirements and the basic strategies of its overall development clearly and combine the realities of building a socialist harmonious society in China to construct the well-off sports whole development pattern so as to promote the overall development of China's well-off sports.Fifthly, on the background of harmonious society the well-off sports in China is sure to develop in the direction of well-off folk sports, all of the well-off sports, lifestyle sports, professionally organized sports and the direction of industry, science and legal system.
