Researching On The Rural Sports Development And Setting Up The Socialism Harmonious Society

With the help of random samplings, mathematical statistics, comparative analyses, investigative interviews and philological researches, this paper intends to analyze such basic characteristics of rural sports in our harmonious society from the macroscopic point of view as their popularity, equality, life tenure, universality, variety, healthiness, economics, sociality, legality, and openness. From the concrete point of view, this paper gives an analysis of the social background of the harmonious development of Fujian rural sports; thus concludes that such the development has been significant for the construction of rural harmonious society. Meanwhile, the paper explores the restrictive conditions and the present major task in the development of rural sports. Furthermore, from the microcosmic point of view, this paper analyzes and investigates the sports participation, sports cognition, sports organization and sports consumption of the peasants in Fujian coastal areas, and achieves such a result: the population of sports participation, vividly characterized by seasons and holidays, reaches 11.7 percent and they are dumbbell-structured with agricultural labourers lowest and private enterprises' owners highest; their houses' courtyards and temples turn to be main sports fields for lack of standard ones; the participatory events are quite different from those they enjoy; they are not enthusiastic about sports consumption, which is not so rational and needs further guiding; sports participation generally breaks off before the age of 40; poor township sports management and insufficient investment constitute the main factors affecting peasants' participatory enthusiasm. Based on the previous dissection, this paper puts forward the strategic countermeasures for the harmonious development of Fujian rural sports : strengthening the governmental systematic management of planning as well as the organizational internet building of rural sports; fostering the mainstay of rural sports; opening up new sources of investment for the building of sports facilities; carrying out physique observation and advocating scientific exercises; advancing with the times and promoting the innovative development of rural sports; intensifying the publicity and improving sports awareness; guiding the...
