U.s. School Staff Health Promotion Program Of Action Research

In the development of human society,people never stop discussing health.Individual health is not related personal survival,but related social development.Health indivudual shapes healthy socitey.We are expecting to be in possession of health and promote health.From 1920's to now,we have witnessed achievements of health promotion.In the nearly one hundred years,each nation has gradually realized the importance of health and boosted the development of health promotion positively..The United States is one of the countries that begin to implement health promotion,especially,the achievements of American school health promotion has become the focus of world attention.While concerning the students' healthy growth,American schools also take health of the faculty into consideration.The implementation of American school employee wellness program improved the health of faculty,enhanced work efficiency and advanced the achivements of students.With the being attention to school employee health,I choose American school employee wellness program as the subject of this essay to offer references to establish school employee wellness program in our country.The whole dissertation covers four chapters.Chapter one with title of introduction focuses on the literature review and the paper design.Chapter two introces the history and reality of health promotion in America,and then emphasizes the development of school health promotion to illuminate the causes of the implementation of school employee wellness program.Chapter three shows us main contents including the goals,components,implementing steps and actions. Chapter Four demonstrates the characters and evaluation.Based on the materials mentioned above,conclusions are made.
