With the deepening of my country's aging,the development of the health care industry will become more comprehensive and in-depth,and its broad prospects and infinite potential will also attract more and more people to join the development of the health care industry,thereby it is also increasingly urgent and important to improve the ability of new employees in the health care industry to adapt to obstacles and difficulties.Taking the social work ecosystem theory,social support theory and advantage perspective theory as the main theoretical perspectives,this paper analyzes,sorts out and carries out practice on the current situation,reasons and needs of new employees in Y health care institutions.In view of the severe epidemic situation and the development of Internet technology,this paper uses virtual community as a platform to build a virtual community,carry out online group work,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of online group activities.By means of questionnaires,we investigate the adaptation of new employees in Y health care institutions,select new employees with different degrees of turnover intention as service objects,use group social work,and carry out online group activities to help Y health care institutions to adapt to difficulties to a certain extent,new employees can solve the problem of adaptation obstacles,promote the realization of personal value and life value of new employees,and then promote the harmonious development of new employees and health care enterprises in the health care industry,and then contribute to the construction and development of my country's aging cause.
