In recent years, our country rural economic development has encountered some problems. Analysis of its causes, mainly lies in the quality of the rural population, lies in rural education. This paper from the perspective of education in rural areas make a study of our country rural economy.The evelopment of the rural economy and rural education is a closely relationship. Education is the most important forms of human capital, human capital is the most active factor, the effect far more than any material capital. Rural education on the development of rural economy plays a strategic role through increasing human capital, promoting scientific and technological progress in rural areas, impacting on the rural population, improving rural consumption, and other forms of promoting rural economic development. Economical developed body's and so on South Korea and Japan rural economies are the very good examples. Our country rural economy and rural education is a high degree of correlation. According to the regression equation, if only considered rural education, when rural residents per capita number of years of education for each additional year, the added value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries will grow 43.769 billion yuan, equivalent to the year 1994 the added value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries;The junior middle school years of schooling worker is biggest to the farmers' income influence, the technical college degrees are obvious to farmer's wage income influence, the high school as well as the technical college years of schooling are remarkable to the transferability income influence.To develop the rural economy, it is necessary to develop rural education. Our country rural economic development existence's subject matter, its root lies in raises the rural economy constructor's rural education, but the rural education question produces the root mainly lies in the industry which our country implements since long to give priority to strategic, the city and countryside education dual investment system as well as the countryside resident's education idea and so on. Therefore, we must understand correctly the role that rural education should not be only for the urban economic development, but also for rural economic development, we should adjust the rural education function and the rural education structure; we should reform the city and countryside education dual investment system,increase the central committee and the provincial level government's doordinated and balanced program of development duty, in order to promote urban and the rural education investment equalizing; we should raise the countryside resident's education consciousness from the external condition and the inner dynamics, so the rural education would be promoted, so as to promote economic development.
