Poverty is continuous,and poverty alleviation is endless.Poverty has always been a prominent problem in China's rural development,however,the education of the rural poor became the common focus from the whole country and social sectors.As an important part of the poverty alleviation and development,education poverty alleviation is a key point for the further development of economy and society,what's more,for the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society.Education poverty alleviation is a comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society in rural areas.It is the reality of China's social development and the development of education in poverty-stricken areas.The study selected the rural poor settlement village in N county of western Yunnan province as the research point,the household of peasant is the subject of investigation.Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research approach,first of all,through the analysis of questionnaire and related statistical yearbook,objective to present the basic situation of the farm households,the extent of education of the rural poor,and the status quo of the education poverty alleviation for the rural poor.Then,the attributional analysis was made on the factors affecting the education level and education poverty alleviation,the author makes a special study on education phenomenon of "poverty caused by education".Finally,this paper discusses the strategies on how to effectively implement education poverty alleviation,improve education level of rural poor,and then realize the idea of poverty alleviation in rural areas.The study found that the western region is a highly concentrated area in China's rural poor areas,and the education problems in the poor areas in the West are prominent,the education level of the rural poor is generally low.From the vertical perspective,along with the social change,and the economic development,but due to the local education development level conditions and other restrictions,the rural poor schooling is lower than the national average,rural poor population offspring parent's educational level has improved overall,but the amplitude is small.From the horizontal point of view,the generation of senior high school and above,especially higher education,is still less,and the opportunity for education to flow upward is less.The level of local education development is the main reason for restricting the education level of the rural poor.Because the phenomenology of' poverty caused by education" still exist in the household,the incidence rate continued to rise,the relevant departments of the state is worthy of attention and concern.Education poverty alleviation must regard the"education poverty alleviation group" as the goal rely on the precise poverty concept and mode,to improve the accuracy of education poverty and poverty alleviation effect,to win the battle of education poverty alleviation of poverty,to achieve poverty alleviation in rural areas and build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects.
