As the key factor of human resources management, performance assessment has the important effect to realize strategic target and improve the management level. The present performance assessment system of Zhengzhou ZGYL Education Group is formulated in the time that the group is newly established, which has some problems in the implementation process and is incompatible with the new strategic target of the group, whether in the aspect of assessment contents or in the application of assessment results. Therefore, how to optimize the performance assessment system and improve the applicability to the new strategic target of the group, become an important problem to treat and solve.Based on the research results of performance assessment at home and abroad, according to the actual situation of the group, by making the questionnaire investigation to the present performance assessment system of the group, the advantages and disadvantages are discovered. In view of the existing advantages and problems, considering the development strategy, by referencing the cask principle and adopting KPI and 360 degree evaluation method synthetically, the performance assessment system to the group and the branch school of the group is optimized in the three aspects of "adjusting the structure", "improving short board" and "strengthening long board". The performance assessment system to the all staff is built, which makes the business performance and work performance as the main index. In addition, the effective measures to ensure the operation is offered in the four aspects of system, organization, technology and culture, which offer a favorable support for the realization to the scientific management and sustainable development of the group.This research is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, which introduce the research background, significance, ideas, content, methods, technical route, research characteristic and the domestic and foreign research present situation and so on. On the basis of ensuring the realization of the strategic development goals, with the use of literature, questionnaire, statistical analysis and other methods, to realise the further planning of the performance evaluation of the group. The second part is the performance evaluation system of the status quo, which base on the Zhengzhou ZGYL education group development strategy, combine with the current situation of human resources, consider the existing performance evaluation of the group. The third part is the current assessment system satisfaction survey and existing problems, the implementation of the current system of the evaluation of the performance of the system to carry out the questionnaire survey, and the advantages and disadvantages of the analysis and summary. After the analysis of satisfaction survey of the group, the group found that the strategic development of the joint is not enough, the lack of individual performance of the employees of different assessment, the establishment of assessment indicators is not reasonable, the application of the assessment results is not enough, the main body of the evaluation is relatively simple. The fourth part is the performance evaluation system optimization design, mainly for the performance evaluation system of the advantages and disadvantages, the group and group branch performance evaluation system to optimize the design. In the group of aspects about"adjusting the structure", "improving short board", "strengthening long board", the use of scientific methods to optimize design of the group of performance. The fifth part is the protection of the performance evaluation system to implement, mainly from four aspects of the system, organization, technology, culture about the implementation of performance appraisal system to implement effective protection measures. The sixth part is the conclusion, the research conclusion, and the future research directions are proposed.With the focus on theory and practice, according to the actual situation of Zhengzhou ZGYL Education Group, the performance assessment system to the business performance and the work performance is designed and offered, which has the effect to improve the level of corporate profits and management level, promote the competitive capacity of the enterprise, benefit to the other private enterprises.
