Along with our country's higher education changed from the outstanding person education to the popular education stage, the goal, the content, the way, the method and the situation of higher education faced already have huge change. The style of study, as cultural and ethical element and feature of higher education, has become the most important problem must be stressed on. Via Theoretical analysis and empirical research, this article discuss and study how to understanding and evaluating the status of style of study of a university correctly, how to select the method for construction and practice way of the style of study soundly and how to built a scientific, reasonable, feasible way for the style of study evaluation system from the view of the human.The content of thesis divides into four chapters, the first chapter outlined the scientific connotation of the style of study, the author had thought the style of study was the university spirit and the study feature shown by the young university students which is one kind of collective environmental characteristic and the personal behavior custom. From the status of style of study in southwest university of science and technology, the author discuss the problem and reason existed, mainly including social reality, school edition resources and student individual. The second chapter centre on the correctly understanding the host and visitor of individual value of university's style of study construction and its recent development, discussed the basic attribute of the host and visitor. The paper thought the former construction lack the correct understanding of the host and visitor individual value, point out we should emphasized on the guidance of the individual thought and the behavior, the energetic power stimulation, personality creation, thought and behavior regulation. The third chapter propose the overall thought of the construction of the style of study which is following the arrangement, coordinating the cognition, linking the whole, administrating together, clearing the goal and treating both the incidental and fundamental aspects simultaneously, the main goal is not only short-term effect but also long time benefit, The work principle is canonizing students by using regulation, caring for students by using the loving heart, helping students by using responsibility, stimulating students by excellent model, affecting students by better environment and bringing up students by good chance. The fourth chapter discuss how to constructing a scientific, reasonable feasible system for evaluating the style of study after analyzing many effects factors to construction of the style of the study. The chapter first discuss the concept of achievement evaluation, then analysis the essential factor of the system, determine the link of the system, and finally forming the evaluation system of construction of the style of the study.
