Self-regulation Learning Strategies Mediating Effect Between Learning Values ​​and Learning Adaptability

There were 512 students of middle school in China as participants on this research, it focused on the relationship among academic value, learning adaptability and self-regulated learning strategies. It meant that this research aimed to find out self-regulated learning strategies could act as the mediating of the relation between academic values and learning adaptability. This research was based on interview method to develop questionnaire,questionnaire method to collect data,using software of SPSS11.5 and Lisrel8.70 to amalyze data. By a series of analysis, the findings indicated that:1. Developmental characteristics of middle school students' academic values were that Junior middle school students, comparing with those of senior middle school, tended to show more social development, self-development, enterprise and innovation, familial maintenance, confidence and independent.2. Area difference and gender difference among academic values were found: comaring with those of the urban middle school, rural middle school students tended to academic values of relaxed pleasure, while those of the urban middle school tended to academic values of enterprise and innovation; Boys were significant social development and enterprise and innovation than girls. The interaction of grade and area existed significant difference on familial maintenance; with the growth of grade, the rural and urban middle school students decreased the values of familial maintenance; With the growth of grade, boys and girls'values of familial maintenance decreased.3. It existed significant grade difference among learning adaptability, Compared with other grades, the graduating class students showed lower mental health and friendly relationship. The junior middle school students tended to learning environment than the high school students; the high school students tended to learning ability than those of the junior middle school.4. It existed significant grade difference among self-regulated learning strategies, the high school students showed high self-planning strategies, supervision inspection strategies and self-summary steategies than those of the junior middle school, the junior middle school students, comparing with those of high school, tended to show more feedback regulation strategy.5. Self-planning stategies partially mediate the relationship between relaxed pleasure and learning adaptability, between familial maintenance and learning adaptability.Supervision and inspection strategies partially mediate the relationship between social development and learning adaptability, between independent confidence and learning adaptability.Self-planning strategies, supervision and inspection strategies partially mediate the relationship between self-esteem and learning adaptability, between innovation initiative and learning adaptability.
