This article takes the college administrators as the object of study,using literature search,conduct incident interviews,questionnaires and other methods of psychological research to explore the constitution of the college administrators' competence.It established the competence questionnaire and tested the level of competence of the current College administrators,and in this foundation proposed the promotion way of the competence.Research by College administrators' open investigation and conduct incident interviews,understand the quality of College administrators,the skill characteristic and the behavior performance.The results showed that managers College competence including five dimensions:personal performance management capabilities, interpersonal skills,management ability,personal influence,negotiate cooperation,and innovation development.Established "College administrators competence self-assessment questionnaire" to investigate the 115 college administrators.The results showed that the current managers of the College are at the middle level of competence.Different length of service teacher's competence,existence a significant difference;different level of schooling in the competence of the individual dimension of the test there are significant differences; There is no significant difference in the level of teachers' competence in terms of gender and age.The article finally also discussed the way to improve the managers' competence.
