Adult Education Positioning And Development Strategy Research

In recent years,the concept of lifelong education has been popular,the foundation of life-long education system and the construction of a learning society has provided adult education with a broad space for development.However,the value of adult education has not been widely recognized by society,which doesn't give adult education into play.This thesis attempts to study the positioning and development of adult education from the perspective of niche theory,and put forward the strategies which can enhance the development of adult education theory and practice of operational measures,by using two research methods-documentation and comparative analysis.Firstly,by using the method of documentation,the author reads a great deal of literature related to niche theory and adult education to know the recent status of this research at home and abroad,and research tools and research methods as well.Secondly,the author use comparative analysis to make a comparative analysis of the of relevant research results,which have been inspired to find a niche for adult education theory and the combination of points.Finally,the theory applies the niche theory to the positioning of adult education research and development,and proposes a suitable niche for adult education basic strategy.This thesis includes six parts:Part One is the introduction.In this part,the thesis provides an overview of the reason of this topic,the summary of related research,the basic structure of the thesis and the overall outlook.Part Two includes the definition of related concepts.The author gives the profound interpretation of the "niche" concept of the term.On this basis,the author also tries to put forward the definition of "niche of adult education" and lays the foundation for the next step.Part Three focuses on the overview of Niche Theory.Niche Theory is the theoretical foundation of this study.The author aims to study the adult education niche from the perspective of Niche Theory,which provides a theoretical support for the basic strategy of niche construction.Part Four is the interpretation of adult education.It explains that the full range of adult education ought to be positioned by basic adult education and the reality niche.Part Five is the analysis of the factors which constrain the adult education.Adult education is based on the thesis of the ecological environment factors and ecological factors of adult education within a comprehensive analysis of the two perspectives of adult education.It also provides a breakthrough for the positioning and development strategy.Part Six talks about the positioning and development strategies.This section is the focus of this thesis and the difficult part as well.The thesis attempts to put forward the basic strategies for adult education by using niche separation theory,niche expansion theory,niche coordination theory,and niche optimization theory,in order to contribute to the development of adult education theory and practice of the operation.
