Reflection On The Study Of Secondary Vocational School Teachers

Reflection for teaching,which has been regarded as an useful way for promoting the development of teaching profession,has been developing a new orientation in the development and research of teaching profession since 1980s.In the beginning of the new century,the reform of the elementary education courses hoped teachers to be an explorer who must possess the outstanding educational concepts,must grasp the skills of reflection for teaching,and must be good at cooperating with both teachers and students.It's time for us to research the teachers' status of reflection for teaching in the Secondary Vocational School,to grasp the chance to analyze the problems and find out effective ways to solve them.I think these tries will be helpful to promote the teaching skills in the Secondary Vocational School and to perfect teachers themselves.The article includes five parts:Ⅰ.PrefaceThis part gives the background of the article,analyzes the most recent researches at home and abroad,and lists the basic principles of my research.Ⅱ.ExplanationsThis part explains the meaning and characters of the reflection and teaching reflection.It also explains that the teachers' reflection,which includes teaching reflection and self- reflection,in the Secondary Vocational School.Ⅲ.Survey and summary for questionsFirst of all,it analyzes the basic numbers of the questionnaire for the reflection.Then,it lists the four problems of teachers' reflection in the Secondary Vocational School.Ⅳ.Analysis the reasonsThis part analyzes some kinds of elements,such as the ideas of teachers' responsibilities,self-accomplishment for theory,reflection momentum,and administration mechanism in the school.Ⅴ.SuggestionsThis part gives four suggestions to improving the reflection:to promote the ideas for reflection,foster ability for reflection,motivate teachers' enthusiasm, improve administration mechanism of the school.
