Teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Science(PCKS) refers to an unique knowledge of science teachers',it's different from science experts',it includes the knowledge of science teaching,teacher accelerating student to understand science thematic and their own science teaching practice and experience.This article mainly researches PCKS level and difference of kindergarten teachers before profession and PCKS level and difference of kindergarten teachers after profession,compares PCKS level and difference of kindergarten teachers before and after profession,and analyze the characters of teachers' PCKS.In order to offer reference to improve kindergarten teachers' PCKS,and provide theoretic basement to develop order to offer reference to improve children teachers' PCKS,and providing theoretic basement to develop child science education.This research analyses correlative literature carefully,then we use questionnaire investigation to survey 126 teachers after profession in different rank kindergarten in Beijing and 126 teachers before profession in different educated degree of normal university in Beijing,we interview 4 teachers and 4 students with quasi-structured interviews,we stat and analyze the data and infonnation.At last,we acquire these conclusions:1.PCKS' level of teachers before profession is very low;four dimensionalities' level of PCKS of teachers before profession has notable difference,the score of science curriculum knowledge of teachers before profession is higher than that of children development knowledge,science education method strategy knowledge and science study estimating knowledge;the score of technical secondary school students' children development knowledge is higher than that of junior college students,undergraduate students and graduate students'.2.PCKS' level of teachers after profession is very low;four dimensionalities' level of PCKS of teachers after profession has notable difference,the score of science education method strategy knowledge of teachers after profession is higher than that of science curriculum knowledge, children development knowledge and science study estimating knowledge;the score of science education method strategy knowledge of junior college educational background teachers after profession is higher than others',the score of science study estimating knowledge of undergraduate educational background teachers is higher than others';four dimensionalities' level of PCKS of different teaching ages teachers develops consistently.3.PCKS' level of teachers before profession is a little higher than that of teachers after profession,there is no difference between them;the scores of science curriculum knowledge and science education method strategy knowledge of teachers before and after profession has notable difference,the scores of science curriculum knowledge of teachers before profession is higher than that of teachers after profession,the score of science education method strategy knowledge of teachers after profession is higher than that of teachers before profession,the scores of children development knowledge and science study estimating knowledge of teachers before and after profession have no notable difference.4.Science curriculum knowledge of teachers before profession is very abundant,that of teachers after profession is very indigent;teachers before and after profession know about the character and discipline of children science studying peripherally;teachers before profession ignore children science exploring in every day life,teachers after profession pay attention to children science exploring;teachers before and after profession seldom evaluate children science studying ability and attitude.
