PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge)is a knowledge in teachers' possession that highlights the professionalism of the teacher's profession.Find out the differences by comparing Music PCK of novice teachers and expert teachers,which is helpful for the novice teachers to improve their own Music PCK level.The study is selected two novice teachers and two expert teachers to make compare the novice with the expert's Music PCK by observation,interview and case study method in kindergarten.The results shows that: 1.The novice teachers' overall level of the Music PCK is general.2.The expert teachers' overall level of Music PCK is excellent.3.The Music PCK and its three parts of knowledge are significantly different between the expert teachers and the novice teachers,and the level of expert teachers is better than the novice teachers.4.The differences in the knowledge content of the music subject are reflected in that the subject value orientation,mastering the target and the content of music activity which has specific theme between the novices and the experts,and the latter is better than the former.5.The differences in the knowledge about young children between novice teachers and expert teachers are reflected in that the expert teachers have more understanding of the development characteristics and experience of music learning about different ages' children,and to make presupposition of children's difficulties or mistakes,pay more attention to the individual differences of young children.6.The differences in the knowledge of music teaching method are follows: the expert teachers' overall level about knowledge of music teaching method and its six aspects that environmental supporting,activity organization,teaching methods,interactive strategies,classroom management,effects and feedback is better than the novice teachers,and the differences are significant.The biggest difference is the interaction strategy,and the smallest difference is the effect and feedback between the experts and the novices.Finally,the study combines the growth process of expert teachers with the difficulties of novice teachers in the process of professional growth,summarizes three paths to develop novice teachers' Music PCK.
