This thesis is mainly based on such original works as Experience and Nature by Dewey and other latest research results at home and abroad, then attempts to realize the connotation of experience, study the substantial questions of the experience theory which are formed by the essence and methods of experience, restore the original appearance and exploit the reasonable core of experience by Dewey. Unlike the former experiences that only reside in knowledge, Dewey gives experience the characteristics and significance of the Survival Theory, and experience is interpreted as survival mode or survival state and directly points to exploring "the problems about human beings". He thinks experience is not only a method of exploring survival, value and significance as a life entity, but a scientific method of philosophy. His theories and experiences which are the origin of his ideological system and development of internal logic clues have great academic value and practical significance, they also start a new path for philosophy to getting rid of dilemma where philosophy separates from the real life.
