Nowadays science taught throughout primary education in China does not get enough attention. It still has secondary status, and gets less attention than other core subjects. To a large extent, the science course is the main subject in some school leadership's eyes; however it has become a subject of less importance in the opinion of some parents and students. What's more, sometimes it is also used as a kind of tutorial class for mathematics and English. However, in my opinion, I think it has a very long way to go. It is very important to guide the students through every step to help them to embrace the science course, not only stimulating a direct interest in the study of science, but also helping the students experience the feeling of success and achievements in the class.In this study, the main subjects are the school students of Grade six in the Affiliated High School of Peking University Guangzhou Experimental School. I have conducted a survey which shows us the current situation of the students. It refers to many documents, detailing the experimental ideas, designing the experimental steps, accumulating the experimental materials, and retrieving statistical data. I conclude that:"The structure of the science tutorial system"has a positive impact in many aspects, it can improve the students' scores, their experimental capacity of design and operation, as well as stimulate the students' interests in this course.Finally, I have done some analysis on the science classes in primary schools from several aspects. Firstly, stimulating the interesting of science in the student's lives during classroom teaching. Secondly, being passionate about and understanding the basics of scientific classroom teaching. Thirdly, learning how to cooperate with others is of great importance in science classroom teaching.This study is directly connected to science teaching in primary schools. It explores the options that different forms of teaching organizations have. It also explores its features and applies lots of useful information about the organizations that are involved. It shows improvements of teaching efficiency that can be made by the majority of science teachers, so that the science taught throughout primary schools can play its due role in the whole education system of primary schools.The whole thesis contains five parts, which are questioning the problems, reviewing the Literature, researching the ideas, steps, experiments and the results of experiments as well as analyzing the reflection of experiments.
