As the highest level of school education,Post-graduate education is charged with heavy responsibilities such as the knowledge innovation,the development of cutting-edge technologies and training high-level expert.Also,as one of the core power to promote socio-economic development,Post-graduate education will be a profound impact on the country competitiveness in the ever-changing era of knowledge economy.With China promulgated the"People's Republic of China Ordinance places"in1980, and in the reform and opening-up macro background;the post-graduate education in China has made remarkable development,especially in recent decades,its scale is showing a peak period,and it has given sufficient reserves of high-level personnel for the economy the development.However,with the solution for the talent shortage of the institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions step-by-step,the social and the productivity improvement and the change of the industrial structure and the employment structure colleges and universities follow an original single model of post-graduate training,and it has become increasingly unable to adapt and meet the specialized personnel in different levels of demand,and even raised the job hunting problems.So,it is necessary to explore new forms in post-graduate training model.Based on the needs of social development,the post-graduate cooperative training model uses various types of resources at home and abroad,colleges and universities, enterprises,and scientific research institutions to cultivate academic ability and comprehensive ability of post-graduate.In practice,there are specific models including international cooperative training model,university-industry cooperative training model, and university-institution cooperative training model.In this thesis,by researching the post-graduate cooperative training model and the post-graduate cooperative training status in our country,the specific policy recommendations was given.This thesis is divided into four parts:in the first chapter,the post-graduate cooperative training model definition and the related theories are given and it provided a theoretical basis for the following study;in the second chapter,the existing model were conducted and made assessment,and strengths and weaknesses were found from cooperative training models;in the third chapter,the post-graduate cooperative training status and problems were analyzed;in the fourth chapter,based on the above study of the theory and practice,the advice were given to promote the post-graduate cooperative training in China.In this thesis,the starting point is not on school running forms,research innovation, and economic benefits of cooperative education,but on the existing problems and strategies in different forms of cooperative training models,which offer reference values to reform China's post-graduate training model and to improve the personnel training quality.
