On This Stage Of Life Education Of Our Students

Doing life education for college students is becoming a widely subject for each country and academic field. This subject has a great significance in theory and practice, and it is also very hard for research.When American scholar Donald Walters, the first people, put forward the life education in 1968, the created idea of life education had attached great importance from people. In the few decades, the practice of life education has developed quickly. In American college students' life education, it discussed from moral education, treating life, marriage and sex health kindly, environment protection education, loving work, love education, honesty education, law education, occupation and exist education, family education and death education, etc.The civil research of life education first began in Shanghai at the beginning of this century. At present, the academe of our nation has three points on life education as follow: Firstly, the life education is the real significance for leading the students to realize the value of human, the life of human, the real meaning of living correctly, to cultivate the humanistic spirit of students, then to make them know how to live as the way of modern and civilization. The second point of view consider that the life education is to know life, to understand life, to enjoy life and respect life by find out the origin, development and ending of life, and then treasure the limited life ,build up optimistic view of life and promote students' view of life, physiology, psychology, adaptive capacity in a balanced education. Thirdly, life education is the education of death: the connotation contains from the beginning of life, until the lose (includes varieties of lose or death) and distress in the life process, as well as the reflection of the life value, etc. The understanding on the truth of life and death, the reflection of life's meaning, the expectation of avoiding the self-harm in campus and the things which do not cherish the life, so as to cherish the life and to exert the value of the life.This thesis has a deeper discussion on life education's connotation and educating model from the view of ideological and political education. In connotation, the life education includes the value of people living, life quality and people's pursuits; in extension (educating modal), the thesis starts with the concept of life education, puts the Marxism life doctrine as the guide, the experience of modern life education of China and foreign country as reference, the life education which suiting China's condition as support, the principle of life education as accordance, the realization way of life education as bridge, increasing understanding of life education of college students as goal, to build a newly education thought. The thesis is divided into five parts to quest and analysis the present life education of college students in our country,The introduction starts with the problems of life education, cites some research situation and the newest achievement about it in modern world, points its research significance, reveals the innovation and research value.The first chapter elaborates some ideologists' opinions about life education, at all times and in all over the world, which makes a theoretical foundation for further study, and also define the concept of life and life education.The second chapter makes a survey about life education from micro and macro aspects, and doing life education for college students is a guarantee of college students' growth.The third chapter makes a important reveal and the knowledge of these laws on the goal, content and principle of life education, especially, the refining of overall significance principle, innovation principle, subjectivity principle, transcendence principle and harmony principle are the thesis's essence.The forth chapter puts forwards the methods of doing life education, on the one hand, it should play the role of society, school and family, on the other hand, it should play the social code role of laws and policies.
