A large number of studies have shown that exercise training as a stimulating effect on the body would result in the process of the body in response to various systems, organs, tissues, endocrine, the cells a series of physiological and biochemical reactions. Exercise a large amount of free radicals in the body, if the body's own free radical defense system in time is not sufficient to remove these free radicals, the radicals began to attack the body of biological macromolecules, damage to body cells and tissues as well as the biofilm system, caused by biofilm occurred lipid peroxidation, resulting in protein denaturation, mitochondrial dysfunction, so that the normal function of cell damage, which lead to campaign fatigue induced movement ability. This experiment is the use of traditional Chinese medical care of Guanyuan Moxibustion, Zusanli, Springs to stimulate acupoints in three used traditional Chinese medicine basic theory to explain the causes of fatigue caused by movement. For the purpose of moxibustion therapy in sports medicine acupuncture points in the field of application and development of theory.This experiment using 2-month-old SD male rats 24, weight 180~220g, the motherland of Shaanxi Institute of Traditional Medicine Center for experimental animals. Feeding conditions in rats: 23±5℃, relative humidity 40~60%, natural lighting ventilation, adaptive feeding experiment after 7d. Experimental use of incremental treadmill training, the establishment of high-intensity endurance training model: The rats were randomly divided into three groups: a quiet group of 8, training control group, eight, training and moxibustion group of 8, after the two first stage in the run adaptability training five weeks, during the training time per day for 20min, weekly 5d, the early speed of 18m/min,the speed increased 5m/min per week , has trained a total of seven weeks, the slope is 0. Followed by two weeks for the high-intensity endurance training weeks of training during the day 30min, weekly 6d. Based on the same day for a speed of 35m/min to exhaustive treadmill training will be a quiet group and the rats run to exhaustion with the weighing, slightly narcotic, the eye blood, with the decapitation death, instantly remove the heart, liver, brain, kidney and quadriceps, under normal saline wash, dry with filter paper, weighing. Coefficient of determination of the heart, liver index, spleen index and thymus index to reflect the movement's growth and development status of rats; determination of CK, LDH, MDA, GPT, GOT content; measured response to movement of exercise capacity in rats changes in hormone levels; Determination of heart, liver, brain, kidney, skeletal muscle SOD activity of the Organization, MDA content, CAT activity, GSH-Px activity reflected in indicators of free radical defense system. The experimental results:(1)training exercise cause weight loss in rats,moxibustion can effectively control the trend of weight loss in rats.(2)moxibustion can improve the rats because of high-intensity endurance training caused by hemoglobin (Hb) content was decreased, so that training rats moxibustion group of hemoglobin (Hb) were significantly increased;(3)group training of moxibustion serum GPT,GOP,Bla,CK,LDH activity was significantly lower than the training groups;(4)Moxibustion muscle glycogen and glycogen group were significantly higher than the original training group; (5)Moxibustion endurance training can improve blood ketone level Hajime so that the decline in blood testosterone levels have been eased,and other hormones such as insulin, glucagon,growth hormone,cortisol has a regulatory role;(6)Moxibustion rats after endurance training,heart,liver,brain,kidney,skeletal muscle of the organizations anti-lipid peroxidation and free radical scavenging are obviously stronger than the training group.Conclusion: Moxibustion have a stronger anti-lipid peroxidation, inhibit the emergence of too many free radicals in the body and regulate the role of the endocrine system, which can improve the body energy reserves and energy, enhance glycogen synthesis and catabolism, the extension of large Exhausted from the rat, delayed the movement occurred at a time fatigue and improve exercise training on the body caused by certain adverse effects, effective treadmill to improve exercise capacity in rats.
